CHALLENGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals. No refunds will be provided.

  2. The 16 classes must be used between 6 July 2026 and 2nd August 2026. Any unused classed will expire after this date. No extensions will be permitted.

  3. If you lose a session due to a late cancellation or no show, additional classes can be purchased at your discounted challenge rate ($18.75 per class). Please email info@thepilatesco.com.au if this is required. Where additional challenge classes are not pre organised, payment will automatically be charged to your card details on file.

  4. Bookings are essentials and can be made via the MINDBODY app or directly through our website.

  5. Our standard Studio Policies apply including our booking, cancellation, no show and waitlist policies. Please click here to view our Terms + Conditions in full prior to signing up to the Winter Warmer Challenge.

  6. Challenge participants with a current membership will automatically have their membership suspended for the duration of the challenge. If you complete the challenge before the 2nd August 2026, we can reactivate your membership early for you.

  7. Any client who completes the challenge will be in the running for one of the prizes.
